Reclaim Lite: can it schedule recurring habits for free?
Find out whether Reclaim's free Lite plan can schedule and reschedule recurring habits around a busy calendar, and where its documented limits begin.
Features and plans
Yes, according to Reclaim's public product pages: Lite includes AI-powered Habits that place recurring routines in scheduling windows and automatically adjust them when conflicts arise. That is a documented capability, not a result we tested in a Reclaim account.
The pricing page lists Lite as Free and Free forever. Its included limits are 5 AI Agents, a 1-user team, a 1-week automated scheduling range, 1 Calendar Sync and 1 Scheduling Link.
Reclaim says a Habit can use preferred scheduling windows, ideal days, flexibility and frequency; its AI agents find time around existing commitments and reschedule when conflicts such as meetings or time off appear. These are product-page descriptions, not an independent test of the scheduling algorithm.
The official Habits and Calendar Sync pages describe Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar support. Lite's pricing row separately lists 1 Calendar Sync, so do not read the product page's general multi-calendar language as proof that every Lite configuration has unlimited syncs.
The Lite pricing section lists Google Tasks, Slack, Zoom and Google Meet support as limited integrations. It lists Todoist, Asana, ClickUp, Jira and Linear among the integrations available in paid plans.
Lite is listed at $0 / Free forever on the official web page. The same page exposes Starter and Business price blocks, including $10 and $15 per seat/month in one displayed block and $12 and $18 per seat/month in another monthly block. Because the public selector rendering duplicates yearly/monthly content, treat paid amounts as page observations to recheck, not a country-specific quotation.
Lite is the smallest listed plan to examine if you need one user's recurring habits, one calendar sync and a near-term one-week scheduling window. A longer planning horizon, more calendar syncs, more users or broader integrations are documented as paid-plan differences. This is a plan-reading rule, not a personal recommendation based on testing.
Before relying on a rescheduled routine, write down its frequency, acceptable time window, calendar source and a hard constraint such as a meeting. Then check the next scheduled occurrence and the connected calendar yourself. This is a suggested review routine; no account, calendar connection or rescheduling result was performed for this guide.

Important limitations
- This guide uses Reclaim.ai's official public web pages checked on October 17, 2026. No Reclaim account, free signup, calendar connection, habit creation or conflict rescheduling was tested.
- The product pages describe AI scheduling and automatic rescheduling as vendor capabilities; they do not establish a guaranteed result for every calendar provider, timezone, workload, privacy setting or interruption.
- Lite's documented limits are page evidence only. The free plan's 1-week scheduling range and 1 Calendar Sync should not be generalized to paid plans or to every connected-calendar setup.
- The pricing page's public rendering exposes repeated yearly/monthly sections with different paid amounts. Paid pricing, taxes, currency, country availability, checkout totals, app-store pricing and refunds were not verified for a particular buyer.
- Product features, AI agent limits, plan names and prices can change. Recheck the linked official pages for the platform and country where you intend to use or purchase the service.
