01 · Plan the work
Validate the idea before generation
For a weekly tutorial, record its topic, audience and search intent first. Check the idea before spending model credits, and select only queue items whose readiness and dates meet your rules.

Build a content workflow in n8n one reviewable stage at a time: validate the idea, prepare the brief, review the article and check its delivery.
Choose your next stage
For a small agency or in-house content team, a useful AI content workflow has explicit inputs, a cost boundary and a clear stopping point. Start with a manual run and a fictional example, inspect the output, then test a missing or invalid field. These guides explain the implementation and show where human judgment still matters.
01 · Plan the work
For a weekly tutorial, record its topic, audience and search intent first. Check the idea before spending model credits, and select only queue items whose readiness and dates meet your rules.
02 · Prepare the brief
Map the claims you need to reviewed sources, then ask for a structured brief. Keep credentials in n8n’s credential store and estimate the request using dated rates before connecting a model.
03 · Review and package
Review the brief and article separately. Record image provenance and permission, then inspect the actual Markdown, HTML, PDF and ZIP files before a handover. A valid manifest does not replace visual or factual review.
04 · Deliver and verify
Deliver approved files as a draft pull request, preserve exports if a step fails and investigate uncertain results before retrying. After publication, check the page and its crawl signals separately from Google indexing.
The free n8n workflow templates are focused, manual modules with sample inputs. Connecting them to live services, scheduling runs or publishing content requires your own configuration and review. If you want to distribute a module, follow the workflow packaging and reproducible-test guide.
